i was disappointed when I came into the store to get another pair of these shoes as the first pair began to wear out, because it was no longer available in the store. But the good news was that the clerk recognized the shoe immediately and offered to order it for me. the new pair arrived shortly thereafter as she promised and they fit just like the previous pair. super!
