Order Processing Times

Footsmart.com process orders 6 days a week from our east coast distribution facility. Please allow applicable transit times as your distance from us may impact delivery times. All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

For overnight and 2nd day shipping your order must be completed by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday to receive your order 2nd Business day or Next Business Day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next day.  

Any shipment sent FedEx Next Business Day on Friday will be delivered the next business day: Monday. Any shipment sent via FedEx 2Day Business Day on Thursday will be delivered the second business day: Monday

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages

Footsmart.com adds optional delivery insurance through Route+ at the time of purchase which includes:
    • 100% coverage of lost, stolen or damaged packages 
    • Effortless claims filing* through the Route App  
    • Basic claim resolutions within 24 hours of approval 
    • Customer service reps available 24/7 
Please note: If you do not want delivery insurance simply remove the Route item from your order before completing your purchase. Footsmart.com is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments when you opt-out of optional coverage.

Standard Delivery

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2 business days and will arrive in an additional 5-8 business days.

Expedited Delivery

For in-stock items shipped within the continental U.S. only. Overnight Delivery is not available on oversized items where indicated in the product description. Expedited Delivery charges are in addition to Standard Shipping & Order Processing Charges. The chart above will show you the total shipping charge based on the type of service you select.
  • Rush Delivery: Order by 11am ET and in-stock items will ship via FedEx® or U.S. Priority Mail the same day to arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders taken after 11am ET on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on Monday.

  • Express Delivery: Order by 11am ET and in-stock items will ship via FedEx® the same day to arrive in 2-3 business days. Orders taken after 2pm ET on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on Monday.

  • Overnight Delivery: Order by 11am ET and in-stock items will ship via FedEx Standard Overnight® the same day to arrive the next business day. Orders taken after 11am ET on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on Monday.

*Expedited Delivery is available for orders within the continental U.S. only and requires a street address. We cannot make expedited shipments to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, And U.S. Territories 

Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories require an additional $10.00 over our standard shipping and order processing charges.
All orders ship via Expedited (2-3 Business Days) Delivery.
A surcharge of $10 will be applied to all orders.

Canada

Orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping charge and can incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees assessed upon delivery, all of which are nonrefundable.  We ask that you consider these fees prior to submitting your order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses 

We do not currently allow you to ship to more than one address at a time. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please call Customer Service at 1-800-707-9928, or contact us using our email form. If you prefer to place your multiple ship order(s) online, you will have to submit each order separately.
