What is your return and exchange policy?

Products may be returned within 30 days of order fulfillment date for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be in original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the merchandise or shoe box (tape, labels, markings, etc.) will void the return. All returns are inspected; worn or damaged items will be returned at your cost or forfeited. 

Please include your original sales receipt or order confirmation email. 

For FINAL CLEARANCE merchandise: All sales are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE. 

Returns must be initiated through our online Returns Portal. This ensures we receive all required order details and can generate the correct return shipping label. 

At checkout, you have the option to secure free return shipping for eligible items by paying a small returns fee. If this fee is selected, there will be no additional cost to ship your item(s) back to us. If you decline this option, a return shipping and handling fees of $11.00 will be deducted from your return once received. Please note that this service does not override final sale items or any other store policies.

All return packages must be shipped using FedEx as the original carrier. While the provided return label may display USPS tracking for last-mile delivery purposes, USPS should not accept or process return packages as the original point of origin. 

Refunds & Exchanges: 
  • Exchanges are free.
  • A $11 shipping fee is deducted from refunds (Returns for store credit and exchanges are free).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift returns are refunded to the purchaser.
