The shoe I had been looking for!
Solid construction. Thick sole, (something I really needed), Wide foot bed, (another must have). Stylish enough for work or play, good traction & flexibility. I walk / work on poured concrete and climb a 15 foot high ship style ladder every day. The ladder has raised holes in each step for secure footing. Other shoes / sneakers soles cant take this and / or cause foot pain. The Danskos are letting me work and not think about my feet. A month in and I just bought another pair, Brown to rotate with the Black. Works for me.!

since i bought them my feet are able to handle long hours working in hotel food and beverage these are the best shoes ive had in years ; great support on the pounding of the pavement and the inserts for the soles are perfet
Good support
Good support, there is room for custom inserts. It will trip airport metal detectors.
The laces are weak.
This is the second pair of the same shoe which is great quality. However like the last pair I found myself changing the laces within a week because the ones that come with the shoe are very weak. Also the shoe runs big at least for me I wear two pairs of sox to compensate. But I need the support and at this price point its the best I can do.
Outstanding Shoe
I am a large man and I am on my feet a good portion of the day. I put these shoes on and could immediately feel the comfort and support. Now I don't worry about the long days on my feet. Well worth it.
