Great shoes for problem feet!
Oh my gosh I searched high and low for leather low-tops that would accommodate my wide toes and narrow heel. They also don't aggravate my arthritic big toe and plantar fasciitis. My custom orthotics fit well in them but the double inserts that came with the shoes felt good too. I ordered multiple pairs!
