I bought the denim and it feels like a dream -- perfection on my feet with room for adjustment in the heel and over the top of the foot. However, it hugs. If I had a slightly wider foot, I'd probably be reordering the W instead of the M. My only disappointment is in the color. The picture looks to be denim blue with a light pink neoprene type fabric. But it's not pink at all: it's putty color. So that's diappointment to me. I think they'd be really fun with a little pink highlight. But even with that, still a 5 out of 5 stars.

After a bad sprained ankle in Costa Rica, I searched for hiking sandals that would be more stable for my narrow feet, with a flat heel and good traction. These are adjustable so can be tightened, and the deeper foot bed allows for an insert as well. I am quite happy with the sandals; its hard to find an actual utilitarian sandal for hiking and uneven surfaces, especially for narrow feet. The sole is not at all slippery, has good traction, although I would prefer more grips on the bottom,like sneakers. I think the fact that my foot sits deeper in the sandal gives it better stability. I recommendit if this is what you are looking for. I searched online a lot and this is the best solution I found for myself, heading back to Costa Rica for 6 mos.

This shoe design is great! Comfortable for feet stressed by RA. Looking forward to summer when these shoes will get lots of wear.

My son has a very short wide foot very difficult to find shoes/sandals. So glad I found The Walking Co. sandals are so comfortable on his feet, very well made. I have a pair of shoes for this winter on the way. Thank you Walking Co.

I bought this shoe for a trip to Spain figuring the weather would be warm, but wanting more than a sandal for walking tours. I've worn the shoe around for several weeks now and have found it to be sturdy and comfortable. I have very narrow feet but the adjustability of this shoe addresses that problem fairly well. The lack of shoes available that fit my super-narrow 9.5 feet makes this positive review an absolute rarity. Its a good buy -- wish there were a comparable shoe for wet/cold weather.
