Need help , the right heel completely came off , it looks like coffee grind materials. What do you recommend.

I've been wearing clogs for over 40 years, and I currently have 2 pairs of Dansko clogs, just like these, one brown pair and one black pair. Please don't stop making the ones without the backs...I love them! They have good arch support, so good that I don't have trouble with plantar fasciitis. Highly recommended.
