I bought these at a clearance price and at that price these are great sandals. I just glued in the orthotic insoles and set that back strap just a tiny bit looser than I normally would like and all the problems with these sandals disappeared. They are cute, made out of a nice durable leather and very comfortable. That being said if I had bought them full price I would have been disappointed, you shouldn’t have to figure out how to make your shoes fit if you are paying over a hundred dollars for them but at clearance price they are at least a 4 star sandal.
What I wanted but there is one thing wrong.
I love these shoes, however, the insert keeps slipping off and gave me a callous. Also, the straps tend to pop off a lot.
Comfort and Style
At first I wasn’t sure I’d like the shoe. The orthotic is a slide in on a sandal! But once your foot is in the shoe it stays in place!! I wore these shoes walking around Baltimore and at a Convention Hall! They were great! Never hurt my feet, felt my feet where well supported, and they look good!
Perfect (and cute) solution to the orthotic problem.
I desperately needed a summer sandal that would accept my custom orthotic and this was perfect. I found the orthotic wanted to move until I got all three straps adjusted right and now they stay put with no problem! Very comfortable, too. The mushroom color goes with everything. Have gotten compliments on them, too.
