Burgundy Tory success.
These are nice, cozy boots. They seem to run true to size, and the lining adds just enough structure & warmth. I expect they will last a while. I have slightly thicker ankles and legs, and the top of the boots were snug. No worries--I simply unsnapped the gussets opposite the zippers for the extra room I needed, and the boots still looked nice. The rich burgundy color is great-- the toes and heels fade to black. I wouldn't choose these for a ten mile hike, but I think they're fine for walking a few miles here and there, and standing around at work.
