Great shoes for teaching
I was surprised to see so many bad reviews on this shoe. I have worn this shoe on many long days of standing on my feet teaching, with zero discomfort. I have a very wide foot with a high arch (From my German DNA) and these have been a perfect fit for me. I love the rounded toe, and the cork wedge heal absorbs the shock of lots of walking. I am a music teacher, and I typically walk 11,000 steps a day teaching music. These shoes always feel comfortable on the days I teach. Also, they look great with skinny jeans or ankle pants. Hopefully, my great review can help balance the bad reviews. I hope Dansko keeps making this shoe.
Had to widen shoe
Im a teacher and on my feet the whole day. I had to use shoe wideners to be able to comfortably wear them. I still have to use trouser socks and silicone for 2 of my toes.
Super comfortable, well made shoes.

I am following up on my earlier review, thought I would give these shoes one more try before giving them away, got new insoles to try to make them more comfortable, after all they were expensive and still after not wearing them for almost a year, very, very uncomfortable and what I find really disappointing is at the end of my work day yesterday the right shoe started making this loud popping sound as I walked. Worse shoe I’ve ever bought. What a joke!
A huge disappointment
I buy Dansko almost exclusively. I had these shipped to my house as they didnt have them in my size at the store. I wore them to work on the first day and was extremely uncomfortable all day. I couldnt wait to get them off. I havent had a more painful experience. I am very disappointed that I spent that amount of money for this shoe.
