Great sandal
I bought two pairs of these, a black pair and a sand herringbone. I love them both. I have no problems with the straps like mentioned in some of the other reviews. I have a high arch and they give my foot the support it needs. I have had many complements on them. I’m actually considering buying another pair. Great for summer.
Best walking sandal ever!
Fit was excellent and so comfortable I literally walk miles in them. I have metatarsal issues so the wrong footbed is a deal breaker. These are so comfortable I bought a second pair of a different color. Thanks Dansko!
Strap Issues
The sole of this shoe is wonderful. I have wide feet and the sole fits nicely. However, the ankle strap is too short. I can barely fasten the strap and I don't have thick ankles. The front and heel straps are plentiful. I've also noticed that the straps stretch during the day, so I have to keep adjusting the heel and toe straps. It's a shame that the strap issues exist because the sole is so comfy and supportive. I bought the blue shoes which are a pretty hue of cornflower/periwinkle blue. I regret my purchase because of the strap issues.
Best sandal EVER!
I just purchased my 3rd pair of these. They are amazing. I have never had a sandal or any shoe that is as comfortable as these. I have a long narrow foot and have not had any issues with the straps. I just love them!!! When I wear them, I feel like I can walk miles they are so cushioned and light.
Straps Are Too Long...
You would need a very thick foot to wear these shoes. The straps are so long that you cannot adjust the strap. I have always worn Dansko and always had good luck with them. These shoes need to go back to Dansko for a redo. Love Dansko but not this one!
