Dansko Fallon

I have been wearing clogs for the about 50 years years now. Discovered the Dansko brand about 15 years ago and immediately fell in love with the professional clog. For my third pair I made the mistake of trying the new and improved version. Were never comfortable for me until this past winter when I put on heavy wool socks with them, then they were tolerable. Then I lost one while moving so needed new pair. Was going to go back to the original Professional but then I came across the Fallon. Given my preference for clogs and my long time desire to get a quality jazz oxford this seemed the best of both worlds for me. And so it is. I took them out of the box, put them on, and took off for my day. Instantly comfortable! All the support of a clog in a more slender silhouette and a soft, comfortable upper with a secure, though loose clog-type fit. As soon as I can afford it I will buy a second pair to have on hand when I need to replace these ones in the future.

I am in love with this shoe! I have to wear close-toed shoes for work, and Im a size 10 so its hard to find anything comfortable and cute. These are both. They fit like a glove the second I put them on, and they actually make my feet look smaller, which I have found to be virtually impossible. I wear them for work almost every day with both nice dress pants and skinny or ankle pants, and they still look great. They also look great with jeans. The only problem is since I wear them so often, I feel like they wore out a little sooner than I had hoped, especially considering they are Danskos, so Im buying myself another pair.

I bought these shoes for work because I really need to stop wearing tennis shoes. I've always been a fan of oxfords and the customer service online showed me this pair and I immediately fell in love. It has a nubuck type of texture and great support. My only issue is that they were not available in wide width sizes so I ordered a size up and my foot kept sliding out the shoe. They are extremely comfortable like most Dansko shoes and they have built-in support.

I love, love this shoe it is so comfortable I wish they would make these shoes in more colors like Navy and a Taupe color this shoe is a step up from wearing sneakers.

Fell in love with this shoe the second I put it on my foot! I have never had a shoe that seems to make my foot look smaller than it is, and yet be so comfortable. This shoe runs a little large, so I bought a 38 instead of the 39 I usually wear. There is something about the sleek design of the shoe, without all the extra large clunky sole and/or large clunky upper of other comfort shoes. The sleek design makes my foot look so neat, trim, and small! I wish other shoe designers would take notice of this shoe, and realize that comfort shoes do not need to look like our Grandmas comfort shoes!! I have walked all day in this shoe with pure comfort from Day 1. The only thing I wish is that Danskos had a little more arch support, (like the support of a Vionic shoe) but I solve that problem by adding the little stick-on arches from Foot Petals.
