Since approximately 2004,. I have been buying this leather sneaker. I have flat feet with no archs. Unfortunately the 2 shops that specialized in Sports, Recreation, etc both went out of business because of this nasty virus. At this moment, my size is unavailable, but looking forward this morning to call and see if new stock will be available. I am waiting for my foot doctor to find my custom made splits that I have to wear with sneakers. (the splits are at the doctor's office, but have vanished temporarily, so I hope I can get the shoes before the office finds my splits.
Best shoe
I have owned 6 pair of addictions from Brooks and have had no other shoe this comfortable. I wear mine for work as a nurse and can wear them straight out of the box for 10 + hours. Love this shoe. Unfortunately looks like they aren’t available anymore.
Great Walking Shoe
The Brooks Addiction Walker is the best walking shoe i have found, and I have tried many other top brands. This shoe is extremely comfortable, material quality is great, and the support is wonderful. It feels good on your feet.
Great walking shoe
Several years ago, a Board Certified Orthopedist at shoe store in my town recommended the Brooks Addiction for walking. This is my third pair and I highly recommend them; great support and very comfortable.

Once I purchase the Brooks Addiction , It was hard at first due to the back of the shoe rubbing against my heel. It did not take me long to break my shoes in to wear for work. I was looking for comfort. The ball on my left foot no longer hurts. I had a bone spur on my right heel. I no longer have that issue anymore since buying these shoe. It was an investment buying the Brooks Addiction. I am going to purchase 2 pairs of these shoes for my job & walking for fitness. I recommend these shoes to anyone looking to solve issues with their feet.
