Shipping Delay Notice: We’re Moving! Our products will now ship from our new distribution center on the west coast vs the east coast, which has created a backup for our shipping department and delayed deliveries for our customers. We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected. All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Complimentary Delivery (5-7 Business Days)

In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ship from our warehouse within 2 business days and will arrive in an additional 5-7 business days.

 

Expedited Delivery (2-3 Business Days)

In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive in an additional 2-3 business days. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address

 

Rush Shipping (1 Business Day)

In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive in an additional 1 business day. Rush orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

    Fulfilled By Partner

    Fulfilled By Partner items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically require 2-3 additional business days to process before shipping. Orders fulfilled by partner cannot ship outside of the U.S. These orders are not eligible for expedited shipping, rush shipping, to PO boxes or APO/FPO and cannot be cancelled or modified once order is submitted. 

     

    Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska (2-3 Business Days)

    Hawaii: Your order must be placed by 9:00 AM HST, Monday through Friday to receive your package within 2-3 Business Days. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in Hawaii.

    Alaska: Your order must be placed by 10:00 AM AKST, Monday through Friday to receive your package within 2-3 Business Days. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in Alaska.

    Puerto Rico

    Shipping to Puerto Rico is available via USPS for $25.

    Canada

    All orders shipped to Canada will include a shipping charge and can incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order. For rate information, please see chart above.

    APO/FPO

    Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses must ship via USPS and cannot be expedited.

     Shipping to Multiple Addresses

    We are not able to ship to more than one address at a time. You will have to submit each order separately and shipping fees cannot be combined.

    Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages

    Footsmart adds optional delivery insurance through Route+ at the time of purchase which includes:
      • 100% coverage of lost, stolen or damaged packages

      • Basic claim resolutions within 24 hours of approval 
      • Customer service reps available 24/7
