Wonderful product!

I don't know what I would do without these pads. I have a Morton's Neuroma on my left foot, and every left shoe I own has a gel pad. It depends of the insole, but I have had few problems with the pad not sticking. I have found a very nifty process for getting them in exactly the right place. Put a dab of lipstick on the ball of your foot, exactly where you want the high point of the pad to be. Put the shoe on and stomp around for a minute. When you take the shoe off, the lipstick will mark the location of where you want to stick the pad. If the lipstick is greasy, mark the spot with a marker and wipe off the lipstick for better adhesion.

Can't Live without Them

I have Morton's neuroma. I stick these pads to my foot NOT the shoe and wash them in the shower. They stick easily, I even walk around barefoot at home! Much better than the felt ones or any other option I have found!!

pads don't stick

These pads do not stay in place when attached on top of an insole. They might work if you attach them to the bottom of a light insole.
