This product has changed over the years.
After wearing this shoe (Granada) for about 6 years, I decided it was time to buy another pair as I liked it so much. This recent pair that I purchased is not as soft or pliable a leather as the 1st pair. It is not as soft against my skin. Also, I ordered the same color (Tobacco) as the 1st pair, but it is much darker. I kept the 2nd pair but was a bit disappointed.
This product has great support and is really nice quality.
The walking company did an amazing job fitting me correctly to the type of shoe as well as the correct size. They were extremely helpful and informative. I have worn my shoes almost every day to many different occasions and I have not had any problems.
