Purchased for my 88 year old uncle and finally came up with a perfect fit. Needed extra wide and the hook and loop closure because laces that open up ( and they seem to do that a lot ) in the middle of a big store are very difficult to retie for old folks. He is absolutely thrilled with them (bought another pair in another color right away).

Most confortable shoes I have ever owned. I have a high arch and have problems finding shoes that fit well, and these make the cut.
