Every item in our mail-order catalog has a product number, a five or six digit number containing letters and/or numbers. Find this number, and enter it into the search box in the top left corner of any page.

Search Tips

It's quite easy to locate exactly what you're looking for at FootSmart.com. Enter information in the Search Box that is located in the top left corner of every page. You can search for items by name, brand or product number. For solutions to specific problems, enter the ailment (example, plantar fasciitis, hot spots, heel pain or wide widths). You can refine your search and gather new and more specific information through the Refine Your Search area located on the right-hand side of the Search Results page.

How to Place an Order

Each FootSmart.com product detail page contains the option Add to Cart. As you shop, you can add as many items to your shopping cart as you'd like. After adding the last item, review your Shopping Cart. This page will give you a break down of the product(s) you'd like to purchase, along with the price and quantity for each. Here you can edit your purchases – deleting items, adding promotion codes or changing quantities as needed – or opt to Continue Shopping.
 
If you're ready to checkout, click the Checkout button. The next pages will ask you to verify shipping and billing information and review your purchases a final time. We will not process your order until you click the final Submit Order button.

Backordered Items

As a valued online and catalog retailer, FootSmart strives to maintain high inventory levels to satisfy all customer orders. Sometimes, however, demand can exceed supply, and a product will be listed as "Temporarily Out-of-Stock." These products will be shipped as soon as they are available, normally within 5-15 business days, and will be shipped separately from the rest of the order via Standard Delivery.

  • You will not be billed additional shipping and order processing for this second shipment.
  • Your credit card will not be charged for the temporarily out-of-stock (backordered) item(s) until shipped.

Promotion Policy

FootSmart's Promotion Policy prevents us from matching competitors' prices. Consumers who sign up to receive our online promotions and e-newletter can receive exclusive promotions and discounts delivered directly to their inbox. FootSmart promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and some exclusions apply. Only one promotion can be used on an order. Some promotions are only valid when orders are placed online. Please see our Promotion Policy.

Check Order Status

Simply provide your email address and zip code and we can track your order.  Check your order status now.

Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order only if your purchases have not yet shipped. Normally an order will ship the day after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel an order, and you know your order has not yet shipped, simply notify our Customer Care department of your cancellation wishes: 1-800-707-9928.

If you cancel your order, your account will not be billed. FootSmart bills a credit card only when the product has shipped.

About Product Reviews

How do I submit a product review? 
It's this easy:

1. Navigate to the product you want to review
2. Click on the review icon
3. Log-in or create an account
4. Complete the review form and click submit

How long will it take for my review to display on the site? 
It will take approximately five business days from the date that you submit your review until it is published on our live site. Protecting the FootSmart.com community from inappropriate or obscene content is a top priority. We will read all reviews and reserve the right to reject any without notice.

Where will my product reviews appear? 
Your reviews will appear on the product's detail page. However, all reviews become the property of FootSmart.com upon submission. Therefore we reserve the right to republish reviews in our catalogs and other sales and marketing materials without further notice or consent.

Can I review products on your site that I purchased elsewhere? 
Yes. While we prefer that you purchase from FootSmart.com, we value your experience and understand the importance of sharing it with our community. We welcome your review regardless of where you purchased the product. However, your review must be of the exact same product, not one that is similar or from the same brand. If we are able to determine that your review is of a similar product, but not the exact one we carry, we have the right to delete your review without notice.

What should I include in my review? Please be as specific and detailed as possible. Focus on specific features of the product such as the fit, which is one of the most helpful features you can discuss. Your input in this area can help the next customer select the right size when they order. For example, if you bought an exercise shoe, tell us how the shoe felt as you performed your exercises.
