I've been dealing with upper back, neck and shoulder pain for the past year. My physical therapist told me that it came from my poor posture while working 12-14 hours a day at my computer. The Posture Back Supporter was true to size and fits well. It does not bunch up and you have three rows of fasteners to make it fit like a glove. It doesn't hurt, yet it gives consistent support that immediately helped my pain. I wear it every day under my top. You can't even tell that I have it on, unless I wear a tank top. I'm going to order a second, since it works so well.

It is comfortable even how it comes around & under the breast. No rubbing as I was afraid. Back felt good even after taking off..no aching. The only thing I'd suggest is don't go by the sizing chart. Go 1 size under. I bought according to the size & wish I'd got a size smaller.

This is a wonderful addition to anyones wardrobe, if you sit at a desk and use a computer all day. I also recommend this due to the excessive amount of driving I do daily. BEcause of this garment I am experiencing less back fatigue.

After purchasing many of these types of products, we finally found the one that helps our Mother with her back pain the most. She has a large hump on her back from authritis which causes her much discomfort every day. This support gives her what she needs. She can do more of the things she loves, so she is smiling more now.
