Just the right amount of support

I have high arches, but my ankles are beginning to fall inward, these supports are perfect. They take up very little room in my shoes yet I get enough support to stay on my feet for hours with no pain.

I am a large woman with extremely flat feet. I have been having problems/pain with my feet and heels for several months. After wearing these heel supports, I have less pain and less burning in my heels. I can rest at night without the constant twisting and turning because of the pain in my feet. My balance is better too. It is depressing to hurt all time. Thank you Footsmart for the relief.

Very comfortable

I was having heel pain, except when wearing shoes, although the older slip-on shoes I wear around the house provided no relief. I bought these heel and arch supports for these slip-ons, and the problem is resolved. Very comfortable and, of course, portable when I buy a new pair of slip-ons.

I really like these supports. I've put them in an old pair of sneakers to wear to work. They work great. I transfer them from shoes to shoes. I know I need to get another pair. They are not expensive either. Enjoy!
