Wonderful Boots

I live in Florida so I don't have any "winter" shoes in my closet. We went to Canada for a week in January and I bought these boots just for the snow and cold there. Boy, was I glad. These boots are great! They are just as advertised, waterproof and the tread had lots of grip. They weren't too heavy or hot so I was able to wear them inside and out, yet they kept my feet warm and dry in the snow. Comfortable and good looking too. I heeded another reviewer to order them longer and wider and they worked fine, but I did not wear very thick socks. Didn't need to. Would definitely order them or other Toe Warmers again.

Bought this for my 80 year old Mom who will be living in cold MN for the first time. She hasn't lived through this kind of winter since 1960! I wanted to get her an attractive, comfortable, easy on/easy off, warm boots and this one looked like it would do the trick. She normally wears a 7W and I got an 8WW based on past comments. It is working well so far and she is happy with them. We'll be testing it for its ability to keep feet warm as the temp drops further!

I have been so excited to get these boots, that I've been stalking my mail man. I think he fears our house now. Anyway, I ordered a size 11 WW, which is one wide less than my regular size. I figured socks would effect the width, not the size. Rookie mistake- I've spent my whole life in Florida... I digress. The first pair fit like a glove and looked great when I was barefoot, but as soon as I put on a sock (and a tiny, thin one at that), everything felt pinched. I ordered the 12 WW in black, and was apparently one of the last to get them, which I am so glad I did. They are comfortable, look very nice for a boot, and I have room for my foot and a sock. In short: order a half or whole size up and maybe an extra W. They run small and narrow, but are worth it when you find the right fit!

Traded my favorite lace up boots for these due to recent disability in hands. Sooo glad I did. These boots are toasy warm, look sharp, comfortable for walking and the zippers work great...even after being out all day in the freezing Wisc weather. I heeded advice of prior reviews and went one size wider and half size longer and its a perfect fit. Highly Reccommend.
