The order was received in a timely manner. The product was of fine quality. I would do business with this company again. The product I ordered was a hard-to-find item and I was thrilled that this company carried this item. Also this item was not for myself, but to be shipped to my dad in Vermont. My dad is hard-to-please kinda guy, but was very pleased with with the quality and fit of this item.

Getting Overshoes that FIT

My opinion is - DO NOT go by your shoe size. Foot Smart was VERY Good at my making a return for a larger size, but the consumer pays the freight and shipping costs add up for the consumer ! The "new" Tingley overshoes are Size Large for a person with a size 10-11 1/2 shoe [ I wear a 9 ] and even they do not fit over my size nine shoes comfortably. Perhaps I should have also ordered a WIDE size over shoe. I WILL check Foot Smart for larger widths of over shoes. Foot Smart really needs to work on their sizing charts for the customer to make a better choice. The size charts are not accurate for USA shoe sizes in my opinion. I may return the overshoes for a refund and look for another pair elsewhere since I've paid "the freight" twice and still do not have good fitting over shoes.

The size of the overshoe 12-14 did not fix my shoes properly. I wear a size 13 shoe. So with this purchase I did not know what size overshoe I received thinking it should fit. After wearing if for a couple of days I received a blister on bought of my big toes. I really felt that it was a waste of money and I felt I'm at fault for buying this product.

Perhaps this would be great if the overshoe were the size it claims to be, but the 10.5 to 11.5 size E does not fit over my size 10.5 E shoe. I am still waiting for footsmart to send the promised free return label so that I can try the next size up.
