I've had flat feet all my life, and used the wrong insoles all my life, When I discovered these I was somewhat suspicious of it's benefits, but all the reviewers could'nt be wrong, so I bought them, It has been a very happy surprise for me, My back doen't hurt when I walk my dog a couple of miles everyday and my knees seem to be less painful as well, It has to be the FLAT FEET insoles as I did not change anything else, I'm going to put these in all my shoes, they're the best discovery I ever made

I just went and ordered my 2nd pair of these . My dog got ahold of my others and tore them up. I can NOT live without these!!! I have very bad flat feet. I did not think they would be any good because they were so low in pirce, but dont let that stop you from getting these. THey work as well as the expensive ones!!!! YOU WILL LOVE THESE

I solved arch and heal pain with these. All my shoes get flat foot insoles as soon as I purchase new shoes. They're the best!

No more back pain

Within 15 minutes all back pain was relieved. I now give these to my sons as gifts. We all have flat feet. I can now walk the dog and play sports at age of 55 and able to wake up the next morning to walk without pain. Thank you!
