Bought this seat cushion and really love it. The added support helps a great deal and adds support. I used some bungee cords to stop it from shifting around. works great

I have had recent back problems since April 2011 and unable to get comfortable in any position, sitting, lying, walking and especially driving. I have been to my family doctor, chiropractor, and orthopedic physician involving xrays and MRI and using both hot and cold therapy and pain medications. Now I am awaiting referral to pain clinic and hopefully nothing else. I have tried several types of pillows and cushions during this time period to no avail and decided to give this one a try ... nothing to lose except $$$ ... well let me tell you this is 'WONDERFUL' and so glad I took a chance ordering it! I have used it mainly in the home and as a portable and not permanent in vehicle. It has been very helpful in getting comfortable ... and I am waiting until I can save up enough for a SECOND one! My wife has the stadium seat which is very good also, but now she wants one like mine! I believe one can not go wrong with taking a good look at this product!

I've had this seat cushion for a few years and it is really helpful. I have fibromyalgia and a 10 year old SUV. The cushion not only adds softness, but also support.
