I was a bit worried about walking in these however they are very comfortable, safe after you practice for a minute or two of walking. They make your feet SOOOOO soft. I just wish they offered a pair that cover the heels more! I hate taking them off in the morning!

The gel-lined sock worked to relieve my foot pain that was being caused by a painful callus on the ball of my foot. My dry heals are also clearing up, I feel these were a great buy.
