Gray Swivel Seat Cushion, Each

A great product to aid in my 84 year old mother's mobility. It is so much easier for her to get up from the kitchen table as well as get out of her car. Sturdy, yet comfortable.

The swivel seat cushion was purchased for my 80 yr. old sister-in-law. She travels with me. Due to back problems she had difficulty getting in and out of the car. She loves it. Now she easily swivels in and out without assistance. Also she says the cushion is very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone with a similar problem.

The concept of the swivel seat is great, and after our daughter's back surgery, we really need something like it. Unfortunately, the car I drive (2010 Buick LaCrosse) has curved bucket seats and the swivel seat got stuck on the car seat curves. The back seat is a bench, but also curves up on the outer edges and kept the seat from swiveling. I would still recommend the seat, but check the style of seat/chair you are planning on using it with.

I'd love to be able to review this product, but unfortunately I was sent the wrong items. I ordered two of these swivel seats for my 87-year-old mother. The reason I ordered this particular model versus others that I had seen is that I liked the extended lip, figuring it would not get hung up as easily as I thought the others would. However, when I received the package, I was very disappointed to find that I had been sent the inferior swivels that I could have purchased at Amazon for less than $15 each. We were, nevertheless, billed $59 (including shipping), and, quite interestingly, the shipping manifest was showing the model number for the actual item I ordered. When I called Foot Smart, I talked to a girl who insisted I had to have received the right thing because that was the only model they carried. I asked to talk to a manager. Later that afternoon I got a call from him, and I asked him if he had access to the warehouse. He said "no, the items are shipped from another state." Well, obviously, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Anyway, he at least e-mailed me a return postage label to send these things back, and now I just have to fight to make sure they don't deduct the return shipping cost from my refund, which is their policy. Hey, its not my fault you sent me an inferior product!
