I was introduced to these when I took a Latin dance class. I overpronate and have flexible arches. This really helped keep my feet from rolling inward. After adding these to my dance shoes I had less foot pain and began wearing them in all my heels. I bought another pair because I lost one and while I tried I just couldn't wear heels without these!

I used these and for the first time in years my toes didnt go numb and tingly when I was wearing my heals!! They felt great in my shoes and on my feet.

This insole really works, my feet didn't hurt after a long day at work while wearing them. They are narrow enough to fit in my high heel shoes. Your shoes have to be with closed back. The material does not breathe it is one piece of hard plastic.
