The inserts are wonderful in my favorite old shoes and will allow me to wear them much longer. I was ready to throw them out.

I was so tired of having my feet stick to my sandals. These innersoles are the perfect fix for the problem. You feet do not sweat at all, so there is no more sticking. They work in all types of shoes.
