I love this you can adjust the tension to fit your exercise routine, I believe when you add the arm exercises it is a really good all over workout

monitor did't work

This is a good step product, and I feel that the arm bands really increase the workout for the upper body. But, the monitor did not work. The screen would light up, but would not register any of the options before, during, or after using. I called the company represented as manufacturing(U.S.Jaclean, Inc.), and they did send me a repacement monitor devise. It flashed different numbers for a few seconds, but then "zeroed" out and did not work.
