Too wide for women's shoes

  • 3 of 5
I wear a size 7 and these insoles are so wide, they only fit a couple pairs of my shoes. Plus, I thought these were the flexible material like my current Spenco orthotics, but these are rigid so you can't trim them to fit.

Great for cycling and hiking

  • 5 of 5
I use these insoles to recover from a pressure injury. My cycling shoes broke down and caused a sore spot over the cleat location. The stiff graphite protected my feet and allowed them to heal. I still use them to avoid future injury. They also work great in hiking shoes.

a good fit

I use these in dress shoes. The flat soles in most dress shoes place lots of pressure on the balls of my feet, which are sensitive (after a history of gout). These insoles lend great support without consuming too much room in the shoes. They're not soft, which would be even nicer, but they do the job.
