Great for cycling and hiking

I use these insoles to recover from a pressure injury. My cycling shoes broke down and caused a sore spot over the cleat location. The stiff graphite protected my feet and allowed them to heal. I still use them to avoid future injury. They also work great in hiking shoes.

I use these in dress shoes. The flat soles in most dress shoes place lots of pressure on the balls of my feet, which are sensitive (after a history of gout). These insoles lend great support without consuming too much room in the shoes. They're not soft, which would be even nicer, but they do the job.

comfy arch supports

Have been wearing these arch supports for several weeks now and find them to be quite comfortable. I did break the strap on my sandals by wearing them though, as the shoe maker said they were a bit too wide for my shoes. Next time I'll trim them or buy wider shoes!
