Spenco for Her Q-Factor Total Support Women's Full Length Insoles are designed to align a woman’s body for an easier stride

Walking, running, moving—it’s all quite different for a woman. Why? Women have a greater quadriceps angle (Q-Angle) than men, the angle between the quadriceps muscle and the patellar tendon that places more pressure on women’s knees, hips and back. This insole provides proper support and alignment, improving balance and helping to reduce the risk of injury. The Cuboid Lock System supports the 5th metatarsal, stabilizing the foot, reducing roll out.

Note: Spenco donates a portion of the proceeds from sale of this product to further Breast Cancer initiatives.

Just What I Needed

  • 5 of 5
This insole does exactly what it says and aligns your stride gently and naturally. I spent all summer taping little pads onto my custom orthotics to try and get the pain to go away. When I found these Q-factor insoles, it was like they were made for me. The gentle arch, metatarsal support and deep, cushioned heel cup are perfect for my highly pronated right foot. So far, I've worn these in Keens and they also feel great in my ski boots. From experience, it seems that one insole can't work in all shoes. I've also tried the cushioned Q-form (excellent in Merrel Q-Form boots). After months of foot pain, these were a welcome relief.

They Lessened My Knee Pain

  • 4 of 5
I have hip dysplasia, and I find that these insoles are very helpful in reducing my inner-knee pain, especially on the shorter leg. I had some knee surgery done over twenty years ago (thinking that my knees were the problem), and I find the insoles also help me with stability on that side as well. I have a pair in both my daily-wear shoes, and I notice a big difference if I go without them, such as being barefoot.

Great insoles

  • 4 of 5
I spend my days in steel toed work boots. None of them are comfortable. These insoles make them bearable for the whole day. They do decrease foot and knee pain. I just with they held up a little longer. I notice they start to not be as comfortable after about 3 or 4 months.
