Ok for the price

I have purchased several pairs of these inserts and they are acceptable. I would recommend them only for arch support and nothing more. I do like the fact they come in a wide width option. I have used them in a Keen ballerina shoe and they fit nicely.

Hurt my knees!

  • 1 of 5
In all of my life I have never once had any knee problems. This is coming from a woman who grew up playing soccer and has been running ever since. A couple months ago, I figured I'd try out these insoles. It was an impulse buy that I regret. The first day using them, I had blisters on my arches by the end of the run. This I tried to push past, putting band aids on my arches to prevent more blisters. However, the arch in this insole caused me to run on the outsides of my feet. I have very normal arches, but the arch of the insole felt a bit too high and left me underpronating. I have been reluctant to give them up, but I started experiencing leg pains within the past month and a half that have not gone away. Tonight I went on a run and could barely run from knee pains that stretched up my thighs as well. Now, after two months with these, I have decided to throw them out. I definitely acknowledge that maybe I am a weird exception with these insoles, as everyone else seems to like them. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend trying these out before buying them to be sure they are right for you--especially if you run.

Sending them back

  • 1 of 5
These were advertised as fitting 5-6.5, but the package indicated 5-6. They were too small and very narrow. They made my feet hurt so I am sending them back

Enjoying my Spenco insoles.

I am very happy with these insoles, the support really makes a difference, feet feel much less tired stiff and achy. My ankles and knees also feel a lot less achy after being on my feet for a while.
