Enjoying my Spenco insoles.

I am very happy with these insoles, the support really makes a difference, feet feel much less tired stiff and achy. My ankles and knees also feel a lot less achy after being on my feet for a while.

Instead of replacing my sneakers, I bought new insoles which fit perfectly with no trimming. Size 8 sneakers = size medium 7/8 insoles. The support is better than the original insoles that were in my one-year-old Skecher ShapeUps.

Spenco PolySorb Runner/Walker Insoles

I've always had a lot of pain whenever I walked, short or long distances until my doctor recommended these insoles. I've tried others and none worked nearly as well. I couldn't find them in any nearby stores. FootSmart not only had them, they were at a better price!

I have purchased several pairs of these inserts and they are acceptable. I would recommend them only for arch support and nothing more. I do like the fact they come in a wide width option. I have used them in a Keen ballerina shoe and they fit nicely.
