I've had foot pain for 7 years. I walk on concrete 12 hours a day. I've tried all kinds of insoles and have not found any that relieve my aching feet. I finally went to a podiatrist and he told me I have a slight case of plantar fasciitis. He prescribed anti-inflamatories, cold water foot baths, and these insoles.
