Relief from heel pain is in the… sleeve!

Wear with or without shoes to buffer the impact you feel in the heel with each step. The sleek sleeve design fits most shoes (even backless
ones, like clogs) and slippers. A gel pad positioned in the heel absorbs shock and can provide cold therapy to help reduce soreness. Place in the freezer for an hour then slip the stocking onto the foot for five to 10 minutes of cooling treatment. Helps ease heel pain and discomfort of plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, fat pad contusion and calcaneal stress. Order by shoe size above.

Other Important Information:

  • Material Content: neoprene, plastisol, nylon.
  • Made in USA.

I have plantar facilitis and heel spurs. I can wear these and walk around the house barefooted. I haven't done that in awhile. They really do take the pressure off my heel. I recommend them if you have heel pain.

I bought this for the cold therapy, but found I like the added support even better. It's good to wear with sandals or under my yoga socks to help with plantars fasciitis.

I got this product for my boyfriend for Christmas to see if it might help with his plantar fasciitis. He wore it while we were preparing dinner on Christmas Day and after a few hours he commented, "I don't understand how this device could make a difference but my foot feels a lot better."

This little pad provides excellent cushioning. It does slide though and you have to pair so you don't throw your balance.
