These were great shoes. I liked the looks, but was hesitant about how comfortable they would be. The first I wore them I was able to wear them all day and remain comfortable. I did not need to take them off when I got home from work--no need they were so comfortable.

I haven't worn them a lot yet, but these are very comfortable so far. I have a wide foot and the W size in this boot fits me well. I was looking for an ankle boot that was not extra wide at the top because I prefer straight-leg jeans instead of boot cut. These fit well under my jeans and have a classy look.

These boots arrived very quickly after purchase, so there are no concerns there. On first glance, I thought the heel was more narrow than on the website picture, so I was reticent to try them on. Once I did, however, I found I was able to maintain sure footing on all indoor surfaces. My feet settled in nicely and, as my feet seated themselved into the footbed, the arch support became more evident. The one drawback to the shoes is that the exterior surface of the heels tends to mar/scar easily, so make sure you don't step into anything that has any depth or has uneven sides because the indentations on the sides of the heels do show and do not buff out. Great shoes!
