wish the description of it would've said that you have to be able to move your ankle! I would've never bought it, considering I cant move my ankle so I am not able to use!

Great for walkers and runners

  • 5 of 5
I bought one for my sister the runner, sent it abroad, she loves it! I finally bought one for myself, I of course love it. It really helps me keep my calf muscles (both muscles) stretched out and much looser than if I tried traditional standing stretches.
