These have helped me immensely with reducing the pain felt from neuromas on both feet. I wear form fitting athletic socks over them , along with lace up shoes. This keeps them in place and eliminates the slipping problems that other reviewers complain about.

these silicone (the key is SILICONE & it is nice and thin) cushions which are well-designed and this is the only web-site we have ever found them. Are being used by a GM who is on his feet working 5 days a week/12 hrs. per. Has had foot operations before and usually has to make his own insoles by hand himself! A tad pricey, but they will probably hold up. Come with a good little washing bag and instructions for extending life. If they do we will make sure and buy two pair at a time to switch in and out as they are washed like socks. You may have to change your shoe size purchases to accomodate even though they are very thin and made to work well. Good buy for our household.

I have been having a lot of problems with the balls of my feet, pain and occasionally a burning sensation. I practically tried everything. I ordered these as a last resort. They really help. I walk during my lunch break and no longer have the pain that I use to have. I plan on ordering another pair.
