I've tried all types of arch supports and insoles for a problem I have on the "pad" of my foot, around my middle toe. Any kind of pressure to that area of my foot proves to be very painful. The majority of my shoes have become unwearable because of this pain. I figured trying these insoles were worth a shot since they were different than anything else I'd tried. I am so glad I tried these becuase they work! There is an absolutely huge difference in my foot when I wear them. Slip them in the shoes and the shoes are once again comfortable and can be worn without problem. They don't adhere well to the inside of all shoes, but that's really not a deficiency in the insoles themselves. They fit best if you can insert them under the shoes insole; you won't feel the insole but you will feel the difference in comfort. I am going to buy several more so I don't have to pull them out everytime I change shoes. These are lifesavers!

Silicone metatarsal insoles

They work beautifully for Morton's Neuroma; but you must wear socks to get into the shoe. I wanted to put it into my socks; but it's too sticky to get in there.

Collapsed Metatarsals

Had an expensive hard leather custom orthotic with metatarsal support that just killed me. Before having another made of softer material I purchased a pair of these. I had a little difficulty properly positioning them, but once I did was very pleased with the result, such that I have ordered another pair of custom orthotics made of softer material with metatarsal support. I doubt I'd have had the courage to do so without my experience with these.
