I had plantar Fascitis and Achiiles Tendonitis and OT and PT did not help. My shoe store has a specialist that fits certain conditions and she put me in these Saucony'swityh Spenco PolysorbTotal support replacement insoles. My foot problems were gone in less then a week! It was amazing to me these shoes fixed whatever was wrong. I got wides so the inserts would fit.

Had foot surgery last year and can no longer wear regular tennis shoes. These are perfect. I can wear all day without discomfort. Very ortho-friendly.

I had already purchased 1 pair and they were so comfortable I have now purchased a second pair. I work 12 hour shifts on cement floors. Comfortable, supportive shoes are difficult to find. Thank you.
