Propet Women's Mary Jane Walker Shoes

As a generation X'er with size 6.5 4E problem feet I love these shoes. They are reminiscent of my old Mary Jane style doc's, but not as heavy and even more comfortable. I wear these with black tights and short plaid skirts (for a slightly punk look) or with jeans or casual slacks. They work for casual to silghtly business casual. There isn't much on the market for people with super wide feet like mine and this is definitely one of the best shoes I have found. The only reason I don't give these five stars is that your foot can slide around in them after they stretch out. If I went a size narrower, the strap woudln't be long enough and the width would be too narrow. Now that I'm an exec, I would love some 4E width dress/career shoes from propet with some style!

Though these are very comfortable shoes, I get lots of laughs from friends. They say I look like a nurse or nun. I wear these shoes around the house.

This is an attractive shoe but the strap closure velcro piece on the shoe itself is way too short to fit my wide foot.. The shoe fit but the strap wouldn't close without it being cinched to the end and that made the fit way too tight. The velcro on the shoe had to be longer in order to fit a large foot. Too bad because it would have been comfortable except for that tight strap.

These shoes are absolutely adorable. They are very comfortable if you stand, but not very comfortable when you walk. They are a very heavy weight shoe. If you walk some, your legs and feet feel fatigues quickly. Not a walking shoe.
