A hook-and-loop backstrap makes it easy to adjust the fit around the heel. The removable, cushioned polyurethane insole topped with a microfiber sockliner adds softness underfoot, while the polyurethane outsole helps stabilize your steps and absorbs shock. I normally order XW/EE width but, because these shoes are stretchy, I returned them and purchased the W/D width which seems to fit better. I like them because they are attractive (I love the red), dressy enough to wear with a skirt or dress and the heel isn't too high for comfort.

Disappointment abounds. Shoes appeared to be marked with correct size but they were way too long. Although marked as a size 6 they were long enough for a size 8 and I could not wear them. I liked the look of the shoe and wish it had fit.

No arch support, little heel support, removable insole wouldn't stay put.
