Propet Preferred Women's Gina Slip-On Shoes

Very comfortable. I have wide feet and diabetes, need shoes that won't hurt my feet. These shoes are awesome.

I was looking for a shoe I would like as much as the Caroline, but this isn't quite it. I don't like the fact that the heel strap is adjustable. Doesn't give my neuropathic feet the sense of security, since the strap is fastened with velcro. Otherwise, these are very similar to the Caroline and are a practical choice. They are very plain and can go with just about anything. I own them in black.

Except for the unique smell common to all the Propet shoes I've ever bought, I've usually been satisfied with their comfort and fit. But the right shoe of this pair was not manufactured properly: the inside sole was uneven, lumpy, very uncomfortable. An because of the stretchy material on top, the shoes felt too snug for comfort. Okay, not all shoes are created perfectly or fit to one's satisfaction, so back they go. The worst dissatisfaction was Footsmart's return process. The poly bag the shoes arrived in was not resealable and I don't have a box quite big enough, so I wasted quite a bit of time searching for poly bags (like or similar to the original shipping bag) both online and at office supply stores without success. The return label was provided as was the chart showing the amount to be deducted from the credit. But an online SHOE retailer not providing return packaging materials does not make sense. I finally used the original shipping bag with lots of sealing tape.
