As briefly as possible, knee pain gone. This may seem improbable after a short period, but definitely a blessing. Even concrete mall floors are no longer a problem.

Best Insoles Ever!

I wait tables 8 - 10 hrs a day on hard concrete floors. I suffer from overpronation and plantar fasciitis. I tried these today for the first time, working an 8 hr busy shift, and my feet, for the first time in ages, do not hurt! Thanks Powerstep for a great product! best thing I ever set foot in, literally!

At last, I've found a comfortable high arch support and full length insole in one. Store bought arch supports and insoles all have extra heel support and did not provide adequate arch support. I couldn't believe how great my feet felt even after 10 hours of standing at work. Thank you.

Relief at Last!!

I have been searching for years for a way to make walking less painful. I have flat feet, bunions and hammer toes, as well as tendon problems in my ankles. I put a pair of these women's insoles in my NB 655 court shoes (for wide toe box and soft leather) and I thought I died and went to heaven. The support is perfect, my feet don't turn in, the ball of my foot doesn't hurt from the hammer toes and my feet feel great! I wish I had discoverd these years ago, instead of at the ripe old age of 57. Walking might even become enjoyable again. What a great product!
