Doctor developed Powerstep® Men's / Women's Full-Length Insoles relieve foot pain and strain

Invented by podiatrist Dr. Les Appel, PowerStep helps relieve heel and arch pain, while preventing foot strain and injury. A full-length, prescription-like, flexible polypropylene arch support is embedded in a double-layer polyethylene cushion casing. The result: control for feet rolling inward (overpronation), which can pull the entire lower body out of alignment. The ideal insole for complete foot support, comfort, and correct posture.

Features & Benefits of Powerstep Original Men's / Women's Full Length Insoles:

  • Flexible polypropylene embedded in the insole supports the arch, helping to prevent overpronation.
  • Polyethylene foam cushions your steps.
  • Sanitiz fabric cover reduces slippage and heat, helping keep feet drier.

Other Important Information About Powerstep Original Men's / Women's Full Length Insoles:

  • Material Content: polyester sockliner, polypropylene shell, polyethylene foam.
  • Made in USA.

Powerstep knows how to make arch supports! "One size fits all" arches never work for me but you can get your size with this brand. The fabric lining does not make your feet sweat. The arches support your foot and ankle. Just take the flat insole out of your shoes and replace with these. You'll want a pair for every pair of shoes you own.. except for sandles or flip-flops!

I've worn these for quite a few years. They were originally recommended by my podiatrist. Recently have had difficulty finding them locally. I'm so glad that Foot Smart carries them. They make walking a dream and my feet feel great at the end of the day.

I am a rather healthy, 51 year old woman who in the past year had such achy feet after a day's work I felt very old. I have always enjoyed taking long walks with my husband and being on my feet never bothered me before. I work at a school with concrete floors and this year it began to bother me. I almost tried the new Dr. Scholls inserts that cost almost $50, but upon looking up reviews for them prior to purchase, I came across numerous comments that the Powerstep inserts were better. And even with shipping added, they cost less. I bought both me & my husband a pair. I am happy to report I feel much much younger than I did a few weeks ago. At the end of a work day, I am no longer exhausted and my feet feel good enough to takes walks or go shopping. It did take about two weeks to completely get adjusted to them, but well worth it. My husband uses them in his work boots and he is happy with them too; he has that plantar fascitiis. I actually am more pleasant and happier because I feel better all day and no longer feel "old" before my time! I am happily surprised with the results, as I can be skeptical.
