The first day I wore the arch supports, I felt them all day- I'd gotten used to my shoes without any supports. Since then, I only notice them the first few minutes after I put on my shoes. No more arch/foot pain from my overpronation! I bought several pair to put in all my shoes.

The supports themselves are very good and I love wearing them in my shoes. They have the correct shape and cushion. However, there are sticky tabs on both sides. I guess if you were putting them under a shoe's insole you would need both. But I was putting them in a pair of Tom's and only needed the one side to be sticky. The top sticky tab covering came off when I was wearing the shoes, and the supports stuck to my foot.....so much so that when I tried to remove it, the support tore in half! The next pair I put in, I am going to remove the covering off the sticky tab and then "disable" it with a tissue or paper towel.
