Doctor developed Powerstep® Men's / Women's Full-Length Insoles relieve foot pain and strain

Invented by podiatrist Dr. Les Appel, PowerStep helps relieve heel and arch pain, while preventing foot strain and injury. A full-length, prescription-like, flexible polypropylene arch support is embedded in a double-layer polyethylene cushion casing. The result: control for feet rolling inward (overpronation), which can pull the entire lower body out of alignment. The ideal insole for complete foot support, comfort, and correct posture.

Best insoles ever!

I have very bad flat feet and my ankles are starting to pronate. These insoles along with the great shoes I buy from Footsmart worked beautifully! My feet are more relaxed amd less sore at the end of the day. The arch support is wonderful! I recommend these insoles to anyone who has tired sore feet.

These insoles are doing more to relieve the pain of Plantar Fasciitis for me than my custom-made ones! Many thanks to the manufacturer of these, and many thanks also to all of you who wrote the helpful reviews that led me to purchase them. I love this site!
