Doctor developed Powerstep® Men's / Women's Full-Length Insoles relieve foot pain and strain

Invented by podiatrist Dr. Les Appel, PowerStep helps relieve heel and arch pain, while preventing foot strain and injury. A full-length, prescription-like, flexible polypropylene arch support is embedded in a double-layer polyethylene cushion casing. The result: control for feet rolling inward (overpronation), which can pull the entire lower body out of alignment. The ideal insole for complete foot support, comfort, and correct posture.

I have had prescription orthotics for years. When my last pair fell apart, I tried these. I have no foot pain at all. I bought 3 more pairs so I don't have to switch them all the time.

Purchased these three days ago after dealing with pain for a month. only three days and the pain is basically gone. Would incourage anyone to try these. THEY WORK!

I have been suffering with plantar fascititus for over 8 weeks and finally decided to try inserts before going to the doctor. Wow! What a difference in less than a week's time in fact after 2 days I had very little pain in my feet and I am on my feet a lot at work. These have been the best things yet to help me for the pain and I will definitely order a second pair to have on hand. Highly reccomend this to anyone suffering with foot pain, you won't be disappointed.
