Spenco PolySorb Total Support Men's / Women's Full Length Insoles, Pair

I was fitted for these insoles at my local shoe store by the orthodics person. Within a week most of my pain was gone. I was having a hard time walking because of Pronation, Achillies Tendonitis and Plantar Fascitis. I won't ever be without them now because they keep me pain free.

Good insole with great arch support and cushioning. Exactly what i was looking for.

I had Plantar Fasciitis in both feet until I wore these full-length Spenco Poly-Sorb insoles for a few months. Once the Plantar Fasciitis went away, I continue to wear them for both comfort and corrective walking (pronation). They are very supportive to my feet, as I really enjoy the fit and deep cup to cradle my heel. I have 2 pairs of these that have lasted well over a year, and I am buying more so I don’t need to switch the insoles from my different shoe types (dress to cross-training to walking, etc.). These insoles are very comfortable and provide excellent motion control. They provide great cushioning and performance, which keeps my feet from tiring so I can stand, walk, and run more than ever. I highly recommend these to any person with any type of foot problem or just need maximum comfort.

These are mildly supportive in the arch, but they squeak loudly when I walk. They also aren't very supportive of walking long distances. You also have to cut the toe to size yourself, which may turn some people off. Still, it's offered me a measure of pain relief, so they get an average rating.
